engine cleaned ready for paint. New liners
have been fitted and it is back to STD
pistons from +40...

crank has been re-ground with new bearing
shells. Old rear oil seal arrangement
has been retained. The front oil seal
has been changed from rope to a modern
lip seal.

head has new valves, re-worked and hardened
inserts fitted for unleaded fuel...

into the casting, just above the plate
(now under three layers of red paint).
